Ingredients: 1 hare, 200g white beans, 150g onion, 1 bay leaf, 3 carlic cloves , 1dl olive oil or lard, 1L white wine, mint, salt,
carrot, colorau.
Preparation:
Clean the hare and cut into small bites, season with salt,colorau and bay leaves and let stand 20/30 minutes. Make a stir-fry with the onion, garlic, carrot and join the hare bites until frying for about 5 minutes. Add white wine and cook. Add the pre-cooked white beans in water and salt. Add water if necessary, and let it rinse for a few minutes before serving. Add a sprig of mint. It can be accompanied with simple rice.
