XV century temple of three naves with cover in wood and five sections of arches resting on columns with Tuscan capitals was almost completed in 1565, just missing the bell tower and the chancel.
The main chapel has a ceiling decorated with paintings of the eighteenth century altarpiece and the neoclassical period (it was done in the campaign works 1722) that possess the image of Nossa Senhora da Assunção the center. About the perfect arch portal, bordered by beautiful mortar effects painted blue, there is a rectangular window with stained glass in lozenges.
