This Association was established in April 1990 by the initiative of a group of technical staff, representatives of local institutions and other stakeholders with aims of social-cultural and economic intervention.
Headquartered in Alcoutim works for the sustainable development of the northeast Algarve region, including all the parishes of the municipality of Alcoutim.
